Account and data deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your Parent Controls account and associated data. The developer is Yasin Güven.
To submit a request, email [email protected] from the email address associated with the account, if available. Include “Parent Controls account deletion” in the subject. This is a manual request channel; this page does not submit or automatically process a request.
Data covered by a request
The request covers the parent account email and identifier, trial and entitlement records, family/device associations, and purchase verification records held by the service.
Data that may remain
An email-free account-identifier summary may remain to prevent repeated trials; its retention period has not been determined. Purchase or accounting records may also need to be retained. Local device data, active relay sessions, logs and backups are not confirmed as deleted by this request.
