Questions? We're happy to help.

This page covers iOS applications published by Yasin Güven on the App Store. Brewmancy has its own detailed support page for readings, credits and purchases: Brewmancy Support. If your question is not answered here, email [email protected] — every message is read.

1. The Apps

Moon Pointer

Shows exactly where the Moon is in the sky using the compass and augmented reality. Works fully offline. It has its own detailed support page: Moon Pointer support.

Live AI Notes

Records audio and transcribes it to text on your device. Transcripts can optionally be summarised by your own Ollama server and synced to your own WebDAV server.

Local Chatbot

A chat interface for a language model running on your own machine through Ollama. No model runs on our servers, because there are no servers — the app talks only to the address you enter.

Apricot Simulator

You are an apricot that fell from a tree in an orchard in Malatya, and you can roll. Touch the left half of the screen for a joystick that rolls you across the orchard; drag the right half to look around, and pinch to zoom. A real-time physics engine computes every roll, bounce and slope — the orchard's trees are placed when it is generated at launch, and the ground and grass rebuild themselves as you roll across them. Villagers, farm animals and the occasional tractor go about their day around you and can bump into you as you pass. The sun crosses the sky as you play: twelve real minutes is one full day, from noon through golden hour to the stars and the crickets. There is no score, no timer and nothing to win — that is the whole design. It never connects to the internet.

DAV Drive: WebDAV Client

A file manager for a WebDAV server that you provide — browse, upload, download and keep files available offline. There is no account and no storage of ours; the app talks only to the server address you enter.

IPTV Player Xtream

Plays IPTV playlists and Xtream Codes accounts that you already have. The app ships with no channels, no playlists and no accounts — you supply your own.

2. Permissions

Each app asks only for what it needs, and only when the feature is used:

  • Camera — Moon Pointer, for the augmented reality view.
  • Location — Moon Pointer, to calculate the Moon's position for where you are.
  • Microphone and Speech Recognition — Live AI Notes, to record and transcribe.
  • Photos — only when you choose to attach or export an image yourself.

You can revoke any permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security. The related feature stops working; the rest of the app continues to run.

3. Apps That Connect to Your Own Server

Live AI Notes, Local Chatbot, DAV Drive and IPTV Player Xtream can connect to servers. In every case the address is one you enter — a WebDAV server, an Ollama server, or an IPTV provider you already subscribe to.

There is no account to create and no service of ours in the middle. Your credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain on your device and are sent only to the address you configured. If you configure nothing, the apps work entirely offline, minus the features that need a server.

4. Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to create an account?

No. None of the apps have accounts, sign-in, or a backend service.

Do the apps work offline?

Moon Pointer works fully offline. The others work offline for everything except the features that talk to a server you configured.

I entered my server address and it will not connect

Check that the address includes the scheme and port, for example http://192.168.1.20:11434 for Ollama or https://example.com/remote.php/dav for WebDAV. The device must be on the same network as the server, or the server must be reachable from the internet. If the server uses a self-signed certificate, iOS will refuse the connection.

Why is on-device transcription slow?

Live AI Notes runs machine learning models on your device rather than in a data centre. Speed depends on the chip in your iPhone or iPad; newer devices are considerably faster.

Where are my notes and recordings stored?

On your device, inside the app's own storage, included in your iPhone or iPad backup. If you have configured sync, a copy is also on the server you specified.

How do I report a bug or ask for a feature?

Email [email protected] and mention the app name and your iOS version. Screenshots help.

5. Privacy

No app collects, transmits, or shares personal data with the developer. There are no analytics SDKs, no advertising networks, and no crash reporting services.

For full details, see the Privacy Policy.
