This Privacy Policy describes the data practices of iOS applications ("Applications") developed and published by Yasin Güven on the Apple App Store, and explains your privacy rights.

These Applications do not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All app functionality runs entirely on your device. No analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or third-party services that collect data are used.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • Developer (referred to as "I", "me", or "my") refers to Yasin Güven, an individual software developer based in Kocaeli, Turkey.
  • Applications refers to the iOS mobile apps developed and published by Yasin Güven on the Apple App Store.
  • Device means any Apple device that can run the Applications (iPhone, iPad, iPod touch).
  • Personal Data means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
  • You means the person using the Applications.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

These Applications do not collect any data from you. Specifically, the following is not collected:

  • Contact information (name, email address, phone number, physical address)
  • Location data (precise or coarse)
  • Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, or any other identifier used for tracking)
  • Usage data, analytics, or behavioral data
  • Diagnostics or crash reports sent to our servers
  • Photos, videos, or files from your device
  • Health, fitness, or sensitive information
  • Browsing history or search history
  • Financial or payment information
  • Contacts or calendar data

No data is transmitted from your device to any server — there are no servers receiving user data.

3. On-Device Storage

Some Applications save preferences and settings (such as chosen sounds, display options, or last-used configurations) locally on your device using iOS standard storage mechanisms (e.g., UserDefaults). This data:

  • Never leaves your device
  • Is not accessible to me or any third party
  • Can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the Application

4. In-App Purchases

Some Applications may offer optional in-app purchases processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. No payment or billing information is collected, seen, or stored by me. All payment handling, transaction records, and subscription management are governed exclusively by Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Services

These Applications do not integrate any third-party SDKs that collect user data. The following are not used:

  • Analytics platforms (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
  • Advertising networks or ad SDKs
  • Crash reporting services that transmit data off-device
  • Social media SDKs

The only interaction with Apple's systems is the standard App Store distribution infrastructure, which is governed by Apple's own privacy policies.

6. App Tracking Transparency

These Applications do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework is not used because there is no tracking to request permission for. Your activity in these Applications is never linked to data from third parties or used to build a profile about you.

7. Children's Privacy

Because these Applications collect no data whatsoever, they are safe for users of all ages, including children. No personal information is knowingly collected from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you are a parent or guardian with concerns, please get in touch — there is no data to have been collected.

8. Your Rights

Since no personal data is collected or stored, there is no data to provide, correct, or delete. However, you may reach out at any time to:

  • Confirm that no personal data is being collected
  • Ask questions about how these Applications work
  • Request clarification about this Privacy Policy

If you are located in the EU/EEA, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, those rights apply to any personal data held about you — and none is held.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the Applications change in ways that affect data practices. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Please review this page periodically.
