Brewmancy reads coffee-cup photos and returns one combined reading. For help, email [email protected]. Please mention “Brewmancy”, your app version and iOS version. Do not include a password, signed purchase data or recovery code.
How a reading works
- Choose 1–10 clear, still photos of the cup. The available credit balance and the server’s current limit determine how many you can submit.
- Each photo costs one credit if it is used in the delivered reading. A photo rejected by the reading service is not charged. A failed reading costs no credits.
- The app uploads the photos securely, then shows the job status while the service analyses them. Waiting time depends on the queue and the model service. If you leave the waiting screen, return to the app’s reading history to check the job.
- Your completed reading can be fetched from the server for up to 30 days. You can remove the local copy from the app’s history at any time.
Tips for clearer photos
- Use bright, even light and avoid flash glare or deep shadows.
- Keep the coffee grounds in focus; hold the phone steady and fill most of the frame with the cup.
- Include the inside and bottom of the cup. Avoid filters, screenshots, motion blur and very wide shots.
- Do not include faces, documents or anything you do not want analysed by the cloud model provider.
Credits and purchases
Eligible wallets start with 3 trial credits. One credit covers one photo, so a reading with several photos uses the credits for the photos used. If you do not have enough credits, remove photos from the request or purchase a credit pack in the App Store.
If a purchase does not appear, check that the App Store shows it as completed, then reopen the app and refresh the wallet. If it is still missing, contact support with the product name and approximate purchase date. Do not email signed purchase data. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple’s App Store refund process.
Privacy
Photos are sent to the Brewmancy service and Ollama Cloud for analysis. See the Brewmancy Privacy Policy for processing, retention and privacy requests.

Fal nasıl çalışır?

- Uygulama fotoğrafları güvenli biçimde yükler ve hizmet analiz yaparken iş durumunu gösterir. Bekleme süresi kuyruğa ve model hizmetine bağlıdır. Bekleme ekranından ayrıldıysanız işi kontrol etmek için uygulamanın fal geçmişine dönün.
- Tamamlanan fal sunucudan 30 güne kadar alınabilir. Cihazdaki kopyayı uygulama geçmişinden istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.
Daha iyi fotoğraf için
- Parlak ve dengeli ışık kullanın; flaş parlamasından ve koyu gölgelerden kaçının.
- Kahve telvesini netleyin, telefonu sabit tutun ve fincanı kadrajın çoğunu kaplayacak şekilde çekin.
- Fincanın içini ve dibini gösterin. Filtre, ekran görüntüsü, hareket bulanıklığı ve çok geniş açılı çekim kullanmayın.
- Bulut model sağlayıcısı tarafından analiz edilmesini istemediğiniz yüzleri, belgeleri veya başka şeyleri fotoğrafa almayın.
Krediler ve satın almalar
Uygun cüzdanlara 3 deneme kredisi verilir. Bir kredi bir fotoğraf içindir; birden fazla fotoğraflı fal, kullanılan fotoğraf sayısı kadar kredi harcar. Bakiyeniz yetmiyorsa fotoğraf sayısını azaltın veya App Store’dan kredi paketi alın.
Satın alma bakiyenize eklenmediyse App Store’da işlemin tamamlandığını kontrol edin, uygulamayı yeniden açın ve cüzdanı yenileyin. Sorun sürerse ürün adı ve yaklaşık satın alma tarihiyle desteğe yazın. İmzalı satın alma verisini e-postayla göndermeyin. İade talepleri Apple’ın App Store iade süreci üzerinden yapılmalıdır.
